Editorial policies

Financing policy

Análisis Filosófico levies no article processing charges.  The Argentine Society of Philosophical Analysis (SADAF) undertakes the full cost of editing and processing the articles.

Open access policy

Análisis Filosófico honours policies of open access to science research because it deems that both scientific publications and research work subsidized by public resources should circulate freely, with no restrictions.  All the contents of this journal, unless otherwise specified, are under Creative Commons Attribution License Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) whereby authors retain their authorship rights and other people are allowed to copy and distribute their work as long as they acknowledge authorship and the work is not used for commercial purposes. Following BOAI's open access recommendations, the content is freely available on the public Internet and any user can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of the articles, crawl them for indexing, incorporate them as data in software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from Internet access itself.

Self-archiving policy

The journal does not withhold rights of reproduction or copyright.  Consequently, authors may use the final versions of publications in order to share them in institutional repositories, personal blogs or any other electronic media. Authors are allowed and encouraged to disseminate the final published version of their work (e.g. on institutional or personal websites, thematic or institutional repositories, social networks, etc.), mentioning the persistent article identifier (DOI) as it may lead to productive exchanges as well as to a higher citation of the published work.

Digital preservation policy

Análisis Filosófico guarantees permanent and secure archiving via LOCKSS, an open code program developed by the Library at Stanford University. It guarantees regular conservation of the contents of registered journals in order to compile and archive recently published material.
